Matt Wolff of THG represents Horoscope.com in their +/- 6,400 rsf lease transaction at 369 Sutter Street, San Francisco. This marks the first move for Horoscope in over eight years. Through the collaboration of the owner, the architect, the tenant, and the broker, all parties were able to reach an agreement that ultimately resulted in turning an old tired shell of a space into a modern beautiful new home for Horoscope.
